1. Returns

  • You may return most unused and unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Personalized, custom-printed, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of acceptance.

  • Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order. You may select a replacement item and pay any difference in price.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@mavennwear.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

  • We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
